Smart Camera Restarter (AI Watchdog) This switch has a special AI Watchdog mode (D). When you turn this mode on using the switch on the device, it constantly checks the data communication status of all connected cameras in real-time.

• If a camera freezes or stops responding, the switch automatically restarts that camera's power. This reboots it and usually fixes the problem without you having to do anything.

Long Distance Mode (up to 250m) This model features a special long-distance transmission mode (E). When you enable this mode with the flip of a switch, all PoE ports are set to a 10Mbps speed, which allows them to send a stable signal over a single network cable for up to 250 meters (about 820 feet).

Surge and Lightning Protection The switch is built to be very durable and has strong protection against electrical damage. It is protected from lightning strikes (up to 4KV) and from static electricity discharge (ESD up to 8KV), keeping the switch and your cameras safe.

100Mbps PoE Ports The switch is equipped with 100Mbps PoE ports. These ports provide both a network connection and power to your cameras over a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation for your IP camera system.
