• What is the AI Watchdog Function? This is a smart feature that constantly checks the data communication status of your cameras in real-time.
  ○ If a camera freezes or stops responding, the switch automatically restarts the camera's power. This reboots it and usually fixes the problem without you having to do anything.

• How does the 250m Long Distance Transmission work? It uses special technology to send power and data much farther than the normal 100-meter limit. The switch intelligently judges the cable distance and automatically adapts to ensure a stable connection up to 250 meters.
  ○ Note: This long-distance feature does not apply to the high-speed 1000M uplink ports.

• What kind of protection does it have? The switch is built to be very durable and has strong protection against electrical damage. It is protected from lightning strikes (up to 6KV) and from static electricity discharge (ESD up to 8KV), keeping the switch and your cameras safe during bad weather.

• What are the Uplink Ports for? These are special high-speed ports for connecting the switch to your main network or video recorder (NVR).
