1. General provisions

1.1. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Safe-x ("Company", "We") and the User ("You").

1.2. Definition of terms:

• Site: a website located at www.Elex.ge.
• User: any person who visits the Site and/or registers to purchase Products.
• Product: any goods placed on the Site (security systems, cameras, etc.).
• Account: a personal user profile created as a result of registration.

2. Registration and account management

• To purchase products, the user must register and create a personal account.
• You are obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts if a violation of these rules is detected.

3. Products, Prices and Order Placement

Product descriptions are based on manufacturer data. Prices are in GEL (Georgian Lari) and include VAT.

The Company reserves the right to change prices and availability at any time. Price changes will not apply to already confirmed orders.

An order is considered accepted only after you receive the corresponding confirmation by e-mail.

4. Payment terms

Payment can be made by:

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer

Security note: We do not store your bank card details; transactions are processed on the bank's secure page.

5. Delivery terms

Delivery is carried out throughout Georgia. Costs and times are calculated at checkout. Upon receipt, please check the item condition and packaging integrity.

6. Returns, exchanges and warranty

Return Policy: You may return products within 14 calendar days if unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt. Return shipping costs are covered by the consumer unless the item is defective.

Warranty: Products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Physical damage or installation errors are not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the site (logos, text, photos) are the property of "Safe-x" and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for technical failures or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

Your data is processed according to Georgian Law. See our Privacy Policy.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or by the Tbilisi City Court.
