AI Watchdog Function & Extended Transmission Mode: Enhanced Network Stability and Range

This device incorporates advanced functionalities designed to significantly improve the stability and operational range of your network infrastructure.

• AI Watchdog Function Mode (D)

  When this feature is set to "ON" (default is OFF), it automatically monitors the real-time data communication status of all PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports. Should a connected PoE IP camera become unresponsive or halt, the system will timely restart that specific PoE port. This ensures continuous camera operation without requiring manual intervention, minimizing downtime and maintenance efforts.

• Long-Distance Transmission Mode (E)

  When this mode is set to "ON" (default is OFF), it optimizes all PoE ports for extended reach. All PoE ports will then operate at a 10Mbps data rate, enabling reliable data and power transmission over distances up to 250 meters. This capability is particularly beneficial for deployments requiring stretched cable runs, such as large facilities or outdoor installations.

• Robust Protection

  The device is built with robust protective measures to ensure longevity and reliability:

  • 4KV Lightning Protection: Safeguards the device against electrical surges caused by lightning, enhancing its resilience in outdoor or exposed environments.
